Do I need to be present while my vehicle is serviced?+
No — most clients drop off in the morning and pick up later that day or the following day, depending on the service. We'll text or call you when your vehicle is ready.
How do I know the price before committing?+
Easy — submit a quote request or call us. We'll give you a price range based on your vehicle and service, then confirm the exact price in person before starting any work.
Can I combine multiple services in one visit?+
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Getting a detail, ceramic coating, and PPF in one visit is actually ideal because the prep is shared between services. Combined packages often save time and may include package pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Venmo / Zelle. For larger services, a deposit may be required to hold the appointment slot — we'll let you know at booking.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Life happens. Just call or text us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll reschedule at no charge. Last-minute cancellations on larger jobs may forfeit a deposit.
Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?+
We offer a repeat customer loyalty program for clients who maintain regular service schedules. We also offer fleet pricing. Ask about our Platinum Maintenance Program when you call.
