OWNER_NAME started detailing in 2018 — not as a business venture, but because he genuinely loved the craft. For three straight years, he detailed cars all day, every day, learning the science behind paint correction, ceramic coatings, and surface protection from the ground up.
That obsessive hands-on experience became the foundation for everything that followed. By late 2017, OWNER_NAME went full-time and officially formed Detail Now. By 2019, he was developing and building out locations — and by 2021, had scaled the MAD standard across several dozen detailing operations.
Today, OWNER_NAME has helped build and grow dozens of detailing locations and been a part of hundreds more across the country. The systems, the standards, the training protocols — they all trace back to those early years of doing the work himself, one vehicle at a time.
